I'm afraid with the way some people go about this gambling thing especially if they are addicted to it already. The first thing to ask in this kind of situation is whether the guy is an adult or not. If he is an adult, then he has the right to stake anything he wishes including the staking of his motorcycle for betting. I wonder how people summon the courage to take decisions like that, how can you put the bike you ride as a bet for a game you don't have the ability of dictating a win or a lose. A game you are not even sure off.

It's absolutely a stupid idea for one to use his source of livelihood as a collateral but I don't think the betting shop would be blamed for a decision he took for himself.
