Fear is a factor that makes some players not stop gambling. Humans have this fear of loss, but gamblers portray the opposite. They take the risk without calculating. When they realizes that they have fear of losing their money, they can reduce their gambling activity and not playing gambling too often. That can helps them to saves their money for other things so they don't have to get lose of much money. They don't have a solid reason to playing gambling because they are afraid to losing their money so they will not playing gambling too often. It needs awareness to realizes the reality and see that gambling is just one activity that doesn't need much money to have fun.

They must accepted whatever happens to them in the end of their gambling session so they will not have any feelings about what they gets from gambling. But not many people will have that feeling instead many people will return to casino and want to recover their lose and that can makes them getting more problem. Becoming emotional in gambling can ruin their day because they will lose much money without they realizes. We must not follow what other gamblers do by always limiting our money and time so we don't get emotional when playing gambling.

Yes, learning and continuing to learn about how to consistently maintain self-control within ourselves while in a gambling place is also important to prevent the emergence of chaos from emotional feelings that arise when feeling unacceptable when getting a defeat and I agree with you being wise is one way to stop emotional feelings from within ourselves because with a wise attitude we will think carefully about what actions we should take next.

Without learning more about self control, they will just getting trap by their emotional and can't do many things except following their emotion to recovers their lose. That happens to many gamblers out there so we must really control ourselves when playing gambling because we must prevents the big lose that can attract us to become emotional. To be wise when playing gambling is necessary and that will be a must thing that we must do because we can't risks big money to playing gambling. That can only gives more losses to us and once we gets some losses, that can triggers our feelings becomes emotional and sooner or later that can makes us playing gambling excessively. If we feels difficult to control our emotion, we can take a break from playing gambling for some time to introspect what we need to do to have self control and have a chance to prevents the emotional.
