No one can actually help you speed up that transaction, even those here in the forum who claimed that they accelerate transactions.
Best to just wait since 3sat/vB isn't too low for the current average fee rate as I've seen recent blocks containing 3sat/vB transactions.

What do you mean?
To be clear, please state of it's from/to a self custodial wallet and best if you state the wallet's name; e.g.: Electrum/Sparrow.
