Thanks it is coming from an agent/broker who for some reason always sends with the lowest fee possible, -snip-
You haven't stated the recipient client/wallet (privacy reasons maybe?)
But if it's a self-custodial one where there's a proper "CPFP" (Child-Pays-for-Parent) feature or even just "coin-control",
you should be able bump it by spending that specific unspent txn output with a new transaction (that sends to yourself or your next payment).
That's cheaper than a paid accelerator.

I guess he mentions someone from the other side as a broker, who may be using his own non-custodial wallet for his payouts.

Anyway, the TX is now confirmed and OP if you feel this is accusing more than choose a wallet that allows CPFP so you can increase the TX for cheaper than paying 50 bucks for an accelerator.
