Concerning the whitelisting I don’t think the account ever got whitelisted - I remember when the CM came and made a post concerning it that he got a response from bcgame team that they won’t be able to do it and we have to make the 1x wagering requirement before we’d be able to withdraw - he also gave us some extra during the next week payment to cover for that problem.
I still remember withdrawing the first week's payment from BC and after that, it was stopped due to the issue you pointed out. I was again able to withdraw two or three times without any KYC requirement. As per their TERMS OF SERVICE (section 6), they can ask for KYC whenever they can and I am quoting what is written below.
BC.GAME reserves the right, at any time, to request any KYC documentation necessary to verify the identity and location of a user. Service and payment may be restricted until your identity is sufficiently verified.
It is quite normal for any casino to ask the user to pass KYC and I do not think there should be any issue related to it. I am still not able to understand why everyone here does not read the TOS or T&C when they start using an online casino.
