This is an obvious fact, before the creation of Bitcoin many people didn't know about the existence of cryptocurrency, I used to think that Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency to be created, so it was after Bitcoin that cryptocurrency started to gain popularity. If Bitcoin didn't succeed as a decentralized digital cash and a store of value many people might not be in cryptocurrency today, I don't think that altcoins would have gained popularity also if Bitcoin did not succeed as a leading cryptocurrency. All the features of Bitcoin has made it to stand out and it has changed the naretive of financial transactions of fiat centralization. Now two parties can carry out Bitcoin p2p financial transactions without a third party involvement like the banks, it truly guarantees freedom and privacy also investors can hodl it for long term returns on investment. Bitcoin is a blessing to this generation and people that adopts it are the beneficiaries, the longer you hodl it as an asset the more valuable it becomes for you.
