Also most of the problem on this casino was started few months ago while they have slow support to answer every issue on regular basis. I really doubt that they can regain asap their reputation with this kind of slow phase on dealing with issue.
Till date nobody can really say what exactly happened with freebitcoin casino, what we saw was a new support team take-over from the old and since then it's been from one withdrawal and deposit complaints to another from the customers. If there was actually any transition at all, then i must say it was done inappropriately with unprofessionalism because right now it leaves their reputation to numerous unanswered questions despite how much they actively try to resolving all arising complaints. I hope they bounce out of this quagmire anytime soon.
You are definitely right, this is the same thing I've personally tried to point out on this thread several times before, and to be honest with you, I do not even think that those behind the casino currently are even doing anything to have the issue resolved, because if they were even trying at all, by now, they should have resolved all the issues already and possibly come out with the statement to their community explaining what really went wrong.
Like I did have mentioned before on one of my comments on this thread, I doubt is there is even a team behind freebitco anymore, cus it appears to me like the site is set to run on auto-pilot, but what ever be the case, the fact remains that freebitco of today is no longer the freebitco of yesterday everyone trusted and held in high esteem.
