Sri Lanka Women's team lost by 15 runs against Ireland Women's team in yesterday's match. Sri Lanka Women's third wicket partnership looked like Sri Lanka would win the match very easily. With a pair of wickets falling in two consecutive overs, Sri Lanka lost control of the match, especially when Harshitha Samarawickrama was run out in the team's 210 run with a personal 105 as Ireland women came back in the match. I expected Sri Lanka to win the second match to level the series, but a poor batting performance by the Sri Lankan middle order batsman ended up losing the series. If Sri Lanka's performance continues like this, it will be impossible to avoid a whitewash against Sri Lanka Women against Ireland Women in the third ODI today.

Ireland Women team preformed abrimly in this match. We were expecting that match will be towards Sri Lankan Women team but Sri Lankan team remained recessive in this series. Well done Ireland Women team and continue that kind of effort. Every team should learn from Ireland team because they won the series against winner of Asia cup. Now , Ireland team is ahead in this series and last match will be tomorrow and now we are expecting that Ireland will clean sweep in this series. But that is cricket and any team can perform well in any day.Ireland Women team should continue that rhyme anv they should not change their batters and bowlers because combination is perfect and all are doing well and if they made changes then team will be in pressure.
