It seems to me that he has not only a mental disability, but an extreme stage of gambling addiction which is why he is so irresponsible not only for his losses, but also for his huge debts. In my opinion he needs compulsory treatment for gambling addiction as he can't handle it on his own. I was very surprised how in his latest video he asks a complete stranger to him, blogger Melstroy, to give him over half a million dollars to make a few more bets so he can pay off his debts.

Don't you know that gambling addiction can put you into trouble, from my understanding of everything gambling is something that has to do with understanding and if you don't follow gambling with precaution you debit yourself that much, I know very well that anyone who is gambling addict will look for way at any measure to gamble and win, so therefore we need to understand that, their is how you will involve yourself into gambling you will become over desperate, so technically it caused the person mental disorder, because the person maybe over desperate to win and when the person remembers debts that it has that alone will make you go crazy, that's why you don't need to commit yourself because of gambling
