From your explanation I have quite understood what is happening in the Chelsea management. But then I would have to advise Todd that he should be very careful of handling the Chelsea case at this moment. It is not all about business, he also has to consider the feelings of the fans who would want Chelsea to bounce back to the great club they used to be and the win matches every weekend. I could remember some seasons ago when Arsenal Wenger was in charge of Arsenal, they were more of business than football and it deprived the club numerous trophies that were supposed to go into their gallery. He should be very sure that this his approach will not backfire in the nearest future when the fans will begin to protest around the bridge.

I think Todd should be made to understand what he stands to lose if he chooses to do the business of buying of players and sending them out on loan when he is not having a balance team yeet and he should take a look at the Arsenal team just like you pointed out I believe he will consider what he is playing to do in his team Chelsea and how it is going to affect them now and in the nearest future. If the Chelsea football club does not bounce back to winning trophies and games some players will not be attracted to the team and the fans will not only protest but they will stop supporting the team since they will not be happy with the results the team will be getting every weekend knowing that the club is not getting better any time. If Todd succeed in what he plans to do it will surely come back to him and his team because he will end up struggling to win any trophy just like what is happening to Arsenal team over the past season.
