There are multiple people complaining in chat about this all week, PMs were sent days ago, the instant closing of support tickets is new.
I don't know if there's changes happen and tickets will be automatically close if it already lasted a week. But try to send multiple tickets to see if they take care of your issue.
For sure they know that there's something wrong happen again in their casino, since there's no business owner will not check what's happening to their business.
But since they have reputation of delays, I maybe guess that people who still gamble in their casino knows that there are days that this incidents will happen. If Lightlord will not fix and top up their hot wallet then maybe we could see a lot more complains will come here.
Seems like that issues becomes even more that rampant and it is really just that sad to see that one of the oldest casinos we do have on this market or forum is really that facing up tons of complaints now.
Somehow there arent that issue about holding up some withdrawals but with some issues or concern then it would really be still that creating that negative vibe for the casino on which it isnt really that good for the business. Surprisingly there were no old timers into this forum had continued on playing into the platform or simply i had just that able to miss out? or they had just totally flock out into other places

just that enough reason for you that you can tell that it would be ideal on not to engage with this site if you wont really be liking on facing up some issues.
