Somehow, when we lose we get even more emotional. In some cases, when you are losing your money you are also losing your cool. You get irrational and you lose all logic. You just want to win and that’s understandable but you need to fall back and keep all emotions away from the game.

If you can not deal with your emotion, you will get even more emotional when you lose in gambling. But if you can deal with your emotion, you will not become emotional because you realizes that your losses is because of yourself. You may already see many people lose control of themselves in any aspect and they become emotional and do something that harm other people.

That is why if you practice controlling your emotion, you will not easily become emotional because you can manage your emotion and hold yourself becoming emotional. If you playing gambling and lose your money, you will not become emotional and accept the lose as that is the risks of playing gambling. You will controls yourself from the big lose by limiting your money to prevents the big lose.
