Not only that, but the OP is already looking for promoters to promote this platform. I'm sure he is talking about this platform. I asked on the post why he would look for promoters when the platform is not yet ready. What are we going to discuss? The right thing to do is to launch the site with all the features before he recruits promoters.
If I'm a promoter, I will not promote a platform that has nothing to show to the betting community.
