Erik ten Hag has been unable to sort out the club's attacking problems. How will a team in this class be playing without a central attacker at the beginning of the game? It will make them struggle to get the needed early goals. However, United looked impressive all through the game but the loss of concentration in the last ten minutes of the game caused the loss. Mason Mount and Marcus Rashford need to sit on the bench and be introduced later in the game. Other players like Joshua Zirkzee and Alejandro Garnacho need to start matches so that we can see their performance. United defenders also showed a lot of sloppiness which caused the first goal. I am blaming Matthijs de Ligt and Harry Maguire for leaving Joao Pedro unmarked which led to the second goal. This is a deserved win from Brighton and they are now top of the League. And, surprisingly they are been coached by a thirty-one-year-old coach Fabian Hurzeler.
