The thing l have always admire about this club Manchester city is their ability to actually bounce back from losing position. This is not the first time we have seen this kind of things happening. Other clubs will be distablize with such early. Take Manchester United for instance, once they concede first you will see them immediately getting everything wrong. Pep sets up his team such a way that it takes exceptional clubs to take points off him. You can only do that if you know how to hold on to the ball very well. The goal came too early and I knew that the Ipswich team will be punish because they can’t sustain that energy for the rest of ten matches.

Ipswich on the other hand have just been unlucky with the kind of fixtures that have piled up for them, they did well against Liverpool which was another tough opponent and now tried to control the game against Manchester City which is hard to do for the entire league. This will affect them before they start getting points because it could demoralize them from here.

That’s why they’re a big team. They have won many points from losing positions over the years in the premier league . That should tell you why they have won the league on four consecutive occasions.

They have gotten to the point where they don’t get scared when you score first against them. I knew they would win the game at full time. Ipswich isn’t a team that can surprise Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City can afford to give Rodri, Walker and Foden all time they need to return to full fitness without worrying about dropping points.
I think it’s down to the Manager being able to trust back ups like Rico Lewis, even Oscar Bobb.
