I think there is one variable missing from this equation. Namely - prices per kWh. Based on this, the price can vary from + n$/day to -n$/day.

I've never used complicated calculators. They don't give an accurate result because we don't know the price of bitcoin in the future. We may not be able to sell bitcoin at $60,000 for a few years, but we have no guarantee that the price will be higher in 2 years. And any asic will be obsolete in 2 years, and an old asic can only be used if you have cheap electricity.
