That is true and I have seen it many times.
There was a time when I was trying to reach a certain VIP rank because I wanted to see how much would be given when I reached it but while doing that I didn't even control myself and I was losing more. Finally, when that rank was reached I was shocked that it did not cover the amount that I lost and I was so frustrated about what I did.
Thankfully, the weekly and monthly bonuses were high due to my wagered amount that went high thanks to that forcing me to reach the next VIP rank they are also computing your losses so they would give back a percentage of it. I think I just got back my ROI after all that stupid rush of making the higher rank.
