With this you wouldn't get too agitated to over trade to recover loses because you can survive without the trading profits. It's also important to trade with the amount that you can afford to loose, so if you lose you can easily move on without getting too emotional. When you make profit in trading, let it be an addition to your other sources of income, never rely solely on trading profits to survive for your own peace of mind.
