Yes, sometimes we gamble because we are stressed out, however, I found out that it very wrong as your mindset is very clouded and you are just playing because of your emotions and most likely you are going to lose a lot of money.

Right now, I'm not gambling for two days, after playing last Sunday and lost a good amount of money because I'm stressed. So I try to calm myself out every day and not to have gambling in my mind. And so far I have been successful and hopefully I can maintain this mindset. And thanks to this community, most of the time I will read and stay in the gambling board to remind myself not to fall and being addicted.

The purpose of gambling is for entertainment, and this is the goal that all gamblers should have. for those who are not in a good state of mind, it is better for them not to gamble, because defeat can be something that makes them emotional or others instead of wanting to get entertainment but instead becoming emotional because of the disappointing results, when the situation is not good, it is advisable to find something else to have fun with minimal risk.

I agree. Many other hobbies are out there if that one doesn't suit you, but in gambling - you spend as much as you gain, and it's normal, if you had fun while doing it. It's part of the process.
