TrustDice has been on the forum for long now if i am not mistakenly it should be around 1 and half years or possibly 2 years now over here, though i can't tell about people experiencing several issues, and besides they have an active running campaign going on in this forum and why would they swore an oath not to respond to people here in this forum. It is actually sucking to see that they don't respond to people here and won't resolve any issues and complainant that may come from here while they are already running campaign and making use of here to promote their brands.

board. They'll still [according to a part of their cessation statement] address issues that's raised elsewhere, on their ANN perhaps, but not this board. They simply refused to answer here. And OP has already posted on their ANN, so hopefully he'll get his situation sorted out. This is one of the very few instances where I actually encourage [well, as there is no other option] a post of an accusation/a situation be made on a casino's ANN instead of on this board.
