Also cannot reset my 2FA since I lost the phone with the authenticator on it and did not have any backup unfortunately.

- Copy the url from the email to the browser.

- See if you took this precaution (a huge image so that you read it all)

I actually tried both clicking and copying the url and still same result. Also tried different browsers with same result.

As for the secret I have it but cannot reset as it says incorrect login details and I want to reset my password without being able to do so.
