Arsenal is just a runner up in this league, so as best as Arsenal can, they can only achieve second position.

Manchester City are strong and they are best candidate for the title, that means they have good chance to defend their crown. If they succeed, Premier League will be boring one more season and many of us want to see a new champion. Arsenal, no doubt, will continue their challenge against Manchester City and can be considered as best competitor against Manchester City. Two latest seasons racing against Manchester City and failed at the end, Arsenal will not want to have a third season with similar ending.

They can get points from either Manchester City or Arsenal or both and can have impact on the title race. Other clubs such as Chelsea and Manchester United, are not strong enough and have to resolve their own crisis before returning to title competition next seasons.
