even though He's expectant of a DIP or not, it doesn't affect Bitcoin at all. Even if he's waiting for $55k or even $50k as the best opportunity to buy and Bitcoin DIP to $50k and then he buys at that price, what then happens next? Can he reach all his accumilation goal in a single day at a single buy? Those that should be waiting for Bitcoin to DIP to certain price before buying should be people that have the means to buy in a very bulky amount at a time up to at least 5 BTC but because most persons don't want to buy that aggressively, the DCA method is the best option so you don't tie yourself down to keep waiting on and on till Bitcoin goes down to the price you have in mind which in some instances might never happen.

Although its really good to buy at the dip since we can actually gather lots of volume with that situation but the question is its really worth for wait a long time waiting for this dip to come? I know lots of people seek a better opportunity to place in good position. But actually this one add a factor that instead of they think about buying when that situation came this will create doubt in their mind for thinking that what if there's more dump to came? with that situation for sure they would end up not buying anything since fear would overcome them and think about they buy again next time.

In many instances, YES. But I'm not talking about the major DIPs, although when it comes, then you definitely should take the opportunity! I'm talking about the small DIPs like what happened this week. It gave us plebs another small opportunity to buy more units of Bitcoin for the intended amount of capital to be used.
