Well, let me start by saying that there is no casino that can satisfy all their customers 100 percent, there will always be some unsatisfied players due to some reasons or the other, and some times, this reason may be the fault of the player him or herself, or the fault of the casino, there are bound to be misunderstanding at times, but what is more important is that at the end of the day, a resolution is reached and both customer and casino are happy.

But then, as regards to this case, holding a customer's fund for more than a day is scammy, not to talk of holding a customers funds against his will for more than 30 days or more that's a very big red flag and one I personally will not advice anyone to ignore..

Thanks Buddy, for your support in this case. The reason I came to this forum is to let people know they need to watch out by playing in this casino. $7K is a lot and I'll do whatever I can to get these funds that belong to me back.

If I get nothing back at all, than at least let everyone know that this is a scammy project.

I am a bit suprised by this. Because the VIP manager told me that if I didn't get any funds by SEPTEMBER 30th! He will 'release' 10% of the withdrawal. If there would be some extra verifications needed and this is still not done by then, he could not promise me this. What's a bit funny as well is that your are "actively working to adress the issue". I really, really wonder what you have been doing the last 32 days, since the request for withdrawal.?!
