Although it is the same that you can get profit in Bitcoin and altcoins, the level of risk in altcoins is higher compared to Bitcoin. It is not possible to say that you will not earn from Bitcoin because that is wrong, because the assurance that you will really earn from Bitcoin is higher compared to altcoins. Though the level of profit we can get from Bitcoin compared to altcoins is only low if the crypto is right that you will really hold.

You already have your answer into your post as everything is possible, but altcoins are always having more risk factor than we have in Bitcoin, so mostly peoples love to have invested in this but peoples those are having better understanding and love to take risks are mostly love to go with altcoins because they feel better in this and also can handle this easily but peoples those are having not good mindset about things like these they need to be stayed away from these altcoins.

As we already always know higher earning mean high risk factor and things are also needed to be manage on better for them which is surely needed some good understanding of risk management usually peoples needs to have good knowledge and better understanding if they want to have good profit.
