I think they will rely on the "history revenue". You can find the "history revenue" upper right in game. So, I guess we should spend the in-game tokens while we can since I don't think it will matters how many in-game tokens we have at the moment. But it's still up to you if you don't want to spend them. That's the only possible scenario I see happening about in game tokens.

It remains to be seen if they will consider "historical revenue" as a factor.
