You can recover those unposted reply/text tab using back button (for desktop) even if you refresh the page, this only works if you didn't clear cache your browser or your browser does not set to automatically clear cache after N time, and only for non-TOR browsers.

Thanks for this clue as it seems to solve alot of problems for me. I have to test it to see how it work but I don't known if this will work if the preview tab have not been clicked
