A exhibition match is just for show and it can be very manipulated. You can find that Mike Tyson might win with some controversy and then Jake Paul might challenge him with a second fight, just to milk the ticket sales and the advertisement income from these fights.
He had, when he fought Roy Jones Jr during the pandemic, the fight ended up in a draw, and it was later announced that the judge and even the referee as in collusion with one another.
In the process both fights are hyped and both fighters are making a shitload of money from these fights.... all for show and entertainment and not as a real competitive fight.

Don't forget about Netflix though, they have shell out millions already and so they will have to get that back thru sponsorships and PPV.
But if Tyson is predetermined to win, he is a huge underdog, you wouldn't bet on him to make money?
