It would be good for newbies and many people on this forum that are not even newbies to read the terms of service of the gambling site that they are using.

99% of even 100% on which there would be no gambler will really be that willing to read up that whole pile of text on which it is really that something that will make you bored on doing so.
Somehow if you are really that serious on trying to look for those important information then you could really just that simply look out for specific information on which you could be able
to have such kind of awareness about on what are the things which are prohibited and which are allowed. Its not really that hard to spot out on which one is really that something not allowed.

It's fine to take a look and read a bit of it but no one really does that. It's not a document of ours that we own and that's why we feel that we're not obliged to read it.

This is for sure, we tend to read the guides and TOS and everything when we encounter a problem. And that's why most of the complains that we're seeing is all about the multi accounting which is in the books written. The violator should have understood that it's not allowed but still, continued to go on because they have not read the terms.
