If accepting the risk, and have some reasons to use centralized exchanges or centralized gambling platforms, let's go with KYC submission and wait for approval to use their platforms. I don't say it is right or wrong because it's personal choice and it depends on personal needs too. Additionally, a centralized platform with mandatory KYC does not mean it is a bad platform but on user side, it's very risky.

For example, if you refuse to do KYC on a big and trusted centralized platform, then finding around and choosing a smaller centralized platform without mandatory KYC to use. Think of it, is it good?
