It's easy as long as you have the money, because from what I heard, they charge $50k+ for listing.

Iirc, back in 2017 (when they were one of the most popular exchanges) Bittrex even had a habit of delisting altcoin if they fail to follow their roadmap so at least they put some effort. Nowadays no one cares, even Coinbase that ahd a very strict reqs.

I think they are still among the rare centralized exchanges without mandatory KYC. Except for US residents.
