It's good for you to get processed, I don't blame them either for sticking in the term & conditions as long they follow their own. That's why, keep it for more than 4 years and the good things now is solved (both parties are happy).
265$ is mostly 1 month salary in my country, really grateful at least now they process my case with some help too from fellow member community. Thank you, and hopefully they're growing more better.
