Everything big clubs look for right now is stability, in and out of the field, and a practice of changing managers here and there does not introduce any stability at all.

I expected Manchester United to fix things really soon and start winning games, as the players that they have are of strong mentality and a good base as a player. They won't be okay with losing constantly, that's for sure.
