I really don't understand his mentality.
Is it better to skip months and maybe years for the hope to get more money?
What if nobody is whilling to give you the money you want? do you end your carrier just like that?

My personal thought is that he has on hands a good offer maybe from Saudi and he wait until a deadline to see if anyone can match it.

Otherwise it make no sense.

Since his contract two months ago has expired with Juventus until now he has not gotten a new club, the high salary demand and also the big bonus are a every obstacle to the club that wants to recruit him, even now Didier Deschamps admitted that he is very confused about the situation faced by one of the best French midfielders but without the club that wants to recruit him now actually makes Didier Deschamps have to remove him from the squad France although in fact France needs him at the moment in the UEFA national league competition, reportedly the salary request that is out of the logic is an initiative of his mother (Veronique Rabiot) who is Rabiot's agent so far and even he has previously rejected a contract extension offer from Juventus with the same salary as before which is 7 million euros,but his mother felt that if Rabiot deserved a bigger salary or at least the second highest salary after Dusan Vlahovic in Serie A, I think what his mother did was crazy for the sake of ambition to earn a lot of money and even she was willing saw her son currently unemployed.

Actually, his performance was quite good last season and I think he is still at an age where his performance level should not decline too much. But when it comes to money, the things can get complicated. Adrien Rabiot may feel he still deserves that amount of money, whereas many Clubs think otherwise and they don't want to speculate.

Maybe if the transfer window is still available, I think there is one club that might be willing to pay him, and that is Real Madrid because they are currently facing an injury crisis and most of those suffering are midfielders.
