It is crazy, but i think i believe the platform that it was a bug, and i have given my reasons in my earlier post here.
I agree with that because if their intention was to cheat gamblers, they wouldn't make it so obvious. Of course, sometimes they let gamblers win to make the game look legit. But in this case, it's a continuous spin without any win, and that's already alarming and mathematically impossible, so it's likely a bug.
Even if the casino claims it's a bug and refunds the gamblers' bets, there's still some damage done. That's why it's justifiable for the regulator to fine them. This might also serve as a warning to other casinos since it made the news, and they should make sure it doesn't happen on their platform. Reputation is important in gambling, and if there's a bug, some people might think it's cheating, which could harm the casino's reputation, aside from the fact that they also have to pay a fine.
