The real question everyone should ask here is why in the world would anyone play a game 20,000 times after never winning once lol.

Nobody is asking because it was mentioned exactly in the article:

Quote
Over the course of a week, 522 players in Connecticut played the same game, Deal or No Deal Banker’s Bonanza, spinning more than 20,000 times without producing a single win, according to records provided to CT Insider by the state Department of Consumer Protection’s Gaming Division.

It was 522 players that produced those 20 000 spins, so on average 40 spins by player!

They should have returned those funds that have been affected by the said bug because that will really be giving out that big impact in regarding into their reputation on which we know that this is really that indeed bad to the business and $19k fine won't really be that a huge amount in exchange of their reputation in compared when they really tried out to argue about there no bug or simply make up some argument that they aren't wrong or have refused  in regarding the incident.

They have!!!
They've returned the  $23,909 wagered, the casino was fined $19 000 and the game provider $3,500.

Draftkings must be a low level casino because only 19k fines and 24k damages? It is best to stick to larger, more well known casinos. These small fishes will only mean trouble and could lose you your money.

Low level casino? Lol!
