It's weird if someone allow the young people to gamble.

Young people are vulnerable, they're immature, so they still not able to know what to do and what not in their life. Exposing the young ones to gambling, drugs, sex, or war, as they're grow up, I think the country where they live will messed up since it will be full of criminals.

It needs awareness from their parents to explain what is gambling and the risks behind of gambling with the danger that their children can gets from gambling. When their parents can explain everything about gambling, their children will not trying to playing gambling.
Sometime it's better for the child to never know what gambling is, rather than knowing what is gambling with the risk involved with it.

What is young to you? 6 years old or 16 ? 6 yo kid is indeed vulnerable, immature and see world through pink glasses. 16 is mature enough. At that age young people now everything in theory already, but lack experience and practice. What wrong can happen if a kid knows what is gambling? What, his world will turn upside down and kid will think only about gambling? Knowing is always better than not knowing. Please dont stop about addiction. Person dont get addicted from looking and gambling. Something must happen to persons mind for him to become addicted.

P.S. Do you have kids?

It is better to deal with the concept of “child” according to the definition in most legal legislations, which define the period of childhood as the period extending from the age of 13 to the age of 18. Anyone under the age of thirteen is legally incapable of discernment and cannot be held criminally accountable.

Back to our topic, I think that preventing children from gambling is a complex challenge that involves many social, psychological and technological factors. children/adolescents are exposed to multiple influences, including media and social media, which contribute to shaping their perceptions of gambling and making quick money. The attractive nature of games that involve betting, especially when they include exciting interactive and visual elements, makes it difficult for children to resist these practices. And with the emergence of digital crypto-based casinos, access to gambling platforms has become easier and faster, which increases the risk of children taking advantage of loopholes in regulatory systems. These platforms use advanced privacy-sensitive technologies, making it difficult to track users’ identities and verify their ages, as children can simply bypass the restrictions imposed.

I think that efforts must be combined between governments, parents and civil society organizations to find effective measures to protect children from the dangers of gambling, including education and awareness of the potential risks and strict enforcement of laws related to the legal age of betting.
