Checking the transaction id I saw that the fee was indeed a whopping 0.79 bitcoin which should definitely leave your wallet empty. The transaction was confirmed by Foundry USA mining pool so you might need a way to contact them. Most at times they usually return the excess fees to the input address. The Foundry addresses are here https://mempool.space/mining/pool/foundryusa but don’t think there is a way to actually get to them through this OP return, the best way will have been having a there social media handle and tagging them with proves to this. Hopefully they would return it
