To be fair, it's not a big deal for me even if it's not possible to check(toggle) live RTP.

I just had a chat with him regarding this. It was possible there back in the days but it created confusion among lots of gamblers which is why they had to remove the Live RTP feature.

How can you view 24-hour RTP?
1st step - Go there https://metawin.com/games/
2nd step - Next to the search and sort space, there is a 24 Hour RTP toggle button and click on it.
P.S. As Metawin says, we shouldn't predict the spin according to 24 hour RTP, this option is only added for fun.
