The part I bolded in my post shows that I was actually referring to whoever is planning on buying what is being advertised by the Op.

I keep asking myself, why do people like taking this type of risks? What will it cost them to do the verification themselves? If you don’t have the required paperwork why don’t you look for a local casino that wouldn’t require much from you?

Its also this type of people you’ll see in scam accusation board using all capitalized words to create thread at scam accusation board.
