You're admitted, it's multiple accounts no matter what's the reason. They will act based term & condition, not gonna process or response anymore for the case already clears especially the user already confirmed by them self opening multiple account.
Just moving on...... cause the chance are small or mostly 0%.
The terms say that if you create multiple accounts you will get your deposit only back and winnings get confiscated. Which is what should happen to me too. They have promised it in writing. Did you actually read the topic and see the screenshots?
Wow! Shuffle is good because I have seen some casinos that confiscated/banned accounts because of multiple accounts but it f shuffle return your deposit and only block your winning then they have good mind and that is, you didn't lose anything except the account. And I don't know why someone would Open two accounts to play casino. One account is enough to have the fun. You can deposit any amount and place your bets from your account.
There was no need to open multiple accounts to gamble. A user was complaining that a casino blocked/banned his account because of multiple accounts with a very huge amount of money.

Avoiding multiple accounts opening is most important all time to avoid such stories of account blockage, because any act of multiple accounts is a big risk to the casino since such accounts could be used to claim bonuses or abuse the games in one way or the other and that is the reason, multiple accounts is prohibited at all cost.
