Like a friendly reminder that if your ip is already in the system of the casino, that they should remind with a pop up window that you already have an account and this could be violation of TOS. Are you sure you want to continue?

Because if people don't feel it's a big mistake to make 2 accounts, or they are making them by mistake, then there's definitely problem with communication. I am certain that most people who claim to do it by accident would want to know perfectly clear that there will be consequences. And that TOS should be read before accepted.

Plus why register two accounts and pretend you're another person with the other one? That would absolutely raise some concerns from the admins of the casino. Personally, the admins should be alert and rightfully could mark the act as something malicious.

The casino shouldn't pardon such behavior because of a mere apology. It will merely show that the casino can be abused and Sybil-Attacked.

Pardoning wasn't something i was after with this, nor i was talking about deliberate malicious act. I know those exist,

I was talking about people who are automatically seen as malicious. And about casinos just being clear of consequences.

Some people can lack focus to read TOS, or have dyslexia, and they would benefit a lot from direct warnings beforehand.

It could make a huge difference to some people and requires relatively small effort from the casino. Like during registration, one extra step of just listing common mistakes that people do to lose their accounts. And below that a checkbox to click saying "I understand [✔]"
