For the 1st test match against Bangladesh Sarfaraz Khan might not be available for Playing XI selection because for some reason he's still playing in the Duleep Trophy. It appears that KL Rahul will get the first shot because of seniority, he also did well in the last series and Sarfraz was his replacement.

We know India is a bully in Bilateral home series but we can't take any match for granted Bangladesh gave some unknown scars in the past.
KL deserves the chance because he did well against England and was looking in good touch but as usual, got injured, which didn't look serious but he missed the remaining matches anyway. Recently Pant played an entertaining inning in the Duleep Trophy so he is in for sure.
Guess, no Indian can forget that, including ICC and broadcaster haha.
