I believe you made a very VERY big mistake, ser. You said,

You made a new account claiming to be "Felix". That's not allowed, read the Terms And Conditions of the casino, or ANY casino for that matter.

Plus did Shuffle actually "promised" that they will return your deposit, or did you merely make that assumption?

Yes, brother, I know I made a very big mistake. And I have admitted it.

I really thought their word would be good. If they changed their mind then I would like to at least hear why. Or if there is any thing more they need from me. My only last thought was that maybe they still needed a public apology in Bitcointalk, but I have now posted that 2 weeks ago and still received nothing. I am really left in the dark and am confused.

May I ask Wind_Fury, do you have any contact within Shuffle? Can you please ask them to email me or to post an update here?

Instead of ranting here why not just follow up this issue on their support channel?

I have already explained, they stopped answering my emails. I would be happy to communicate with them via email if they answered. Livechat same story, being completely ignored.
Plus, on March 23 my apology text was approved, we are now 6 months further. Don't you think waiting 6 months is being more than patient?
I gave them every chance to deliver on their promise to pay me back my deposit via normal communication channels.

I find it crazy that a reputable casino can make a promise in writing and that most people in here find it normal that they just don't follow up on it.
