What's your take on this? Can they change or is a spammer always a spammer for life?
I think they have fair chance for that. I just remembered when I am just a bounty joiner on altcoin campaign and my post are literally consist of social links for quota weekly. After 2yrs from doing that, change my perspective and style then able to contribute some on forum leads to ranking up. So based on experience, theres a chance if they really wanted to change and focus on the improvement of themselves.
true.  I've seen some users that got tagged way back while they were still fresh in the forum for spamming that later changed the quality of thier posting pattern and adapt positively to the rightfully posting pattern that's acceptable in the forum. For those users, as long as they were international about changing their posting pattern and evidently, we've noticed that they've worked on it and have improved on thier posting style,  if need be, such tagg could be removed.

But thier are also highly ranked users who although they don't spam in the forum directly, when you read through the quality of thier post, it doesn't contain a lot of vakur but just looks like a pilled up of words you can't really learn from or comprehend well. Spammers can just to become good posters and good posters can also become too used to the forum and start spamming the forum.
