That is normal if @OP say like that because other casinos do the same. They need to work more to be the best crypto casinos and compete the other casinos that have been name and reputable in this forum. I am sure they will do their best to give services to all members they have.

As I said before, @OP needs to be more active to reach all members in his ANN so we can know closer to his site. That will build a good relationship between him as representative and us.
