Normally, it's one who has admitted to having a problem that seeks and gets help and makes constant efforts to work on themselves if not they'd still keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.
 Some spammers don't really know they're spamming and these ones are easy to correct and set on the right path but there's other who even if you show them why their post is not acceptable because it is seen as spam, they begin to drag you, even go as far as insulting you. So do you think these types will ever learn?
