Change is constant in this life. We humans are dynamic and can easily change from time to time. If one is tagged as a spammer that is not the end of the road for them. Perhaps the reason why they were tagged spammer was because they were not conversant of the rules regarding posting in the forum while some of them do it intentionally (out of ignorance). When those who don't know the rules well get to understand it then they will change and start adhering to the rules.

However, some DT members who tagged a spammer do leave a reference promising to remove the tag if the said person has changed and improved his posting. I don't know about other DT members who later forget about the tag in the user's account irrespective of the change in the posting. I believe what is worth doing is worth doing well.
