In a nutshell the answer is yes, spammers can reform and become valuable contributors to the forum. Having said that, just because there is a possibility it can happen does not mean it will. We have to remember, spammers do not have to be spammers for life. They can start off that way and at some point change course and begin to contribute in a more appropriate manner.
