They just force one mans belief on everyone in their country. Imagine the foreigners who decided to stay there for some time, they will also bt affected by these little decisions made to govern their own people.. sometimes it's just best to let Everyman chose fro him self. Religion is mean to be a choice and my own personal view not something imposed on me by someone who thinks his own life style is what is closest to the maker.. gambling is fun and anyone can gamble if they want placing banned on too many economic needs will only withdraw population from their country..
Every country has its own rules regarding gambling, Indonesia is not the only country that prohibits gambling so far and I don't think anyone needs to protest the government's decision about this. If you are not happy with the rules that prohibit you from doing this and that, then look for another country that gives you the freedom to do whatever you want, including being friendly about gambling.

You must convert any currency to Indonesian fiat before you use it as a means of payment.
